Keith comes to Haydale with an extensive industrial sales background spanning distribution, industrial fluids and lubricants, and technologically advanced ceramic cutting tools. Prior to onboarding at Haydale, Keith spent five years with Fastenal. He then moved into industrial lubricants before spending the last decade managing Regional Sales & Operations at NTK Cutting Tools, establishing himself as an expert in the application of ceramics across various environments. With a passion for a consultative sales approach, Keith is driven by his commitment to solving his customers' challenges. You can often find Keith on the shop floor, working diligently at the spindle in aero manufacturers, steel mills, Tier 1 Automotive accounts, and more.

Steve Howard possesses 30+ years experience in metalworking. For the last decade, Steve served as the Engineering & Marketing Manager for NTK Cutting Tools. Prior to NTK, Steve worked in Industrial Distribution & with Carboloy (Now Seco). 

Geographically, Steve is responsible for North America and drives sales at the IMR, Distributor, and End User levels alike.

Prior to joining Haydale in 2008, Kevin worked in the insurance and financial industry for 20 plus years.  During his tenure with Haydale, he has worked in R&D, Quality Control, and sales learning many facets of the business.  He strives to provide outstanding customer service and support.  After work Kevin enjoys hunting, fishing, football and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Randy is a manufacturing disciplined engineer with skills including project design, implantation of full-scale projects, and a vivid past of turning and drilling rotors under the Aisen umbrella. With a broad background in problem solving, Randy brings a proven record of achieving goals that are put in front of him in expert fashion.  A leader going back to his military days and effective communicator with organizational, administrative, and people strengths, he strives to build and maintain a culture of integrity. In his free time, Randy loves to spend time riding his motorcycle and loves to cheer on the Colts and IU.
