Randy is a manufacturing engineer skilled in project design, implementation of full-scale projects, and turning and drilling rotors. He has been a leader since his days in the military and is an effective communicator with keen organizational, administrative, and interpersonal insights. He strives to build and maintain a culture of integrity and boasts a proven record of achieving and surpassing difficult goals and targets. Randy is available to offer technical assistance, troubleshooting, and process reviews; he is available by phone, email, online or in person meetings. Haydale is thrilled to have Randy on board.
